The literal definition of a "Mirage" is an optical illusion that shows us of what we want the most at a specific moment. At Mirage Ibiza – Exclusive Properties we work with a young, dynamic and highly qualified team to realize this Mirage and we are here to materialize the projects and wishes of our friends, clients and investors.

Mirage Ibiza is our interpretation of how to offer a unique service and to give attention based on very defined values. We believe and we are convinced that honesty, moral integrity, respect and loyalty are pillars that generate transparency and in this way the trust of people is obtained.

Mirage Properties Ibiza was born from the interest of clients and friends in sharing our method based on the total understanding and synergy between client and agency of what the specific needs of each person are.

It´s founders

Nicolás Alexandre Pérez, a young Frenchman with Spanish nationality whose unconditional love for the island of Ibiza dates back to 1997. Nicolas stands out for having a pro-active, entrepreneurial character and a very close and friendly treatment with his clients . His desire to grow and improve in all aspects is constant.

He always offers the highest quality of service to his clients with the very clear objective of being a benchmark of honesty, seriousness and always with the ability to adapt to the most personal requirements with the aim of giving maximum satisfaction so that people may request him again.

Speaking 5 languages and with more than 20 years of experience, Nicolas is the Expert Consultant at Mirage Ibiza. He is in charge of the commercial part and he is the visible face of the company. He stands out for his extensive knowledge in both national and international real estate brokerage. He is the person in charge of materializing the idea. Come meet him!

Sanna Van Den Hout of Dutch nationality, represents the legal area of Mirage Ibiza. She is an expert in real estate law and tehrefore she is in charge of giving legal advice and carrying out the analysis of each property until the purchase and sale is achieved before the notary. This process is always in the most comfortable and transparent way for our clients. Let yourself go, you are in good hands!.
